HUB means “Historically Underutilzed Business” and MWBE means Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise” Doyle Freeman, an industry veteran, is President of the two companies with mentorship and organizational contributions from experienced industry friend Phil McNamara, COO. Chris Garcia, an expert of banking and finance, is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Company headquarters is located in the village of Bermuda Run, approximately 15 miles from Winston-Salem, and 35 miles from GSO international airport in Greensboro, NC. Spartan Systems and Spartan Power are staffed by seasoned sales engineers with decades of relevant, successful experience in the commercial nuclear, construction, applied HVAC/R & steam/hydronics, electrical switchgear, and EV charger sales and manufacturing industries.

Design
Spartan Power provides sales engineering project scope and budgetary assistance and services to clients contemplating electrification projects involving level 2 and 3 EV chargers, electrical switchgear and associated components. Spartan Power can also link customers to factory design engineering services as well as referrals to professional engineering companies of appropriate discipline as may be required.
