Spartan Systems dba Spartan Power is a North Carolina certified HUB/MWBE company (Historically Underutilized Business/Minority/Woman owned Business Enterprise). HUB/MWBE is a designation we are immensely proud of as we dedicate ourselves to greater participation of women and minorities in the industries we serve.
Our History
Spartan Power is a group of seasoned industry veterans having decades of experience in nuclear, electronics manufacturing, and applied equipment sales engineering professions. Spartan Power was invited into the Electric Vehicle Charging and Electrical Switchgear sales business by traditional customers of Spartan Systems because of their faith in Spartan to out-perform their current supply chain. Spartans accept challenges and the rest is history!
Our Culture
Spartan companies Purpose Statement is “People & Principle Before All Other Things.” Spartan Power is co-managed by all Spartan Team Members with each Associate responsible for their domain of the business. Sales Engineers are encouraged to be entrepreneurial and expected to embody a Spartan sense of urgency, spirit, and dedication to exemplary service. Spartan leadership follows the servant-leader model and is a bottom-up organization whereby executive management, manufacturer partners, and support associates all dedicate themselves to assist the efforts of Spartan Sales Engineers.
